Halley Albert is a Los Angeles-based creative producer. She earned a BFA in Creative Producing from Chapman University’s Dodge College of Film & Media Arts and has worked with industry leaders including A24, Anonymous Content, Bad Robot, Blumhouse, VICE Media, Sony’s Columbia Pictures, and Chernin Entertainment.
In 2020, Halley joined Gran Via Productions, Mark Johnson’s company, where she worked across development and production on projects like The Holdovers by Alexander Payne, Interview With The Vampire by Rolin Jones, Fever Dream by Claudia Llosa, and Lucky Hank starring Bob Odenkirk. During her time at Gran Via she also produced a Thai language short called Soul Food (dir. Emily Teera - 2023), which was acquired by AMC+.
In 2024, Halley produced her first independent feature, She’s the He (dir. Siobhan McCarthy), which premiered at SXSW 2025 and continues to screen at festivals throughout the year. She also produced the short film Hands On (dir. Rory Kramer) which is set to premiere at Raindance 2025.
